Dr. Alexander Bauer, LL.M., is a Berlin-based German lawyer (Rechtsanwalt) specializing in banking, financial services, capital markets and automotive regulation.

He has a background in banking law, payment services law, and securities law. Alex studied law at the University of Bayreuth and obtained his PhD and Master of Laws (LLM) from King’s
College London. He has held positions at Allen & Overy, Taylor Wessing and Fraunhofer.
